A Quick Update

First of the month measurements:  Down another inch in my waist (a total of two), three quarters of an inch in the fat part of my thigh (one inch total) and my flexed right arm is UP an inch, ha!  So not counting in bigger bicep (which made my holiday blouses look weird) I'm down a total of five inches.    Plus I was only an hour short on my cardio last week, so progress is being made!
